Traditional Thai Massage (also called Nuad Thai or Thai Yoga Massage) is the name for the therapeutic style using hands, elbows, and knees for pressure, compression, and assisted stretches along energy lines—fully clothed, no oils or special touch.

Therapists lean their body weight with elbows for deep knots (e.g., back muscles) and knees for broad compression (e.g., thighs or calves), combined with hand work for flow. It’s active like “lazy yoga,” promoting flexibility without erotic elements.
